There are so many aspects of Lunar New Year that are tied to bringing good luck for the year ahead, from the ceremonial ‘dotting of the lion’s eyes’ to wake the sleeping lion, to the heart pounding sound of the drums, petting of the lions and the memorable ‘eating of the lucky lettuce’ by the lions which is shared with many guests as a cherished keepsake.
